Our Sacred Trust

The Wabanaki people—including the Wolastoqey, Mi'kmaq, and Peskotomuhkati Nations—have called this land home for over 12,000 years. Our ancestors walked these forests, fished these waters, and nurtured this sacred earth.

Reconnecting to Our Roots

The land is not just a resource—it is our teacher, our medicine, and our spiritual home. Through the Sacred Land Trust, we are working to reconnect Wabanaki community members to their homelands.

Our work supports BIPOC communities across New Brunswick and New England in accessing land, learning traditional practices, and building a sustainable future rooted in ancestral wisdom.
